The rules for
using PTT.
These Terms of Use explain the conditions that apply when you use the PTT Football website, web app and mobile apps. By using PTT, you agree to these terms.
How the PTT service may be used.
These terms apply to PTT Football, operated by Planes Trains and Terraces (PTT) Limited.
About PTT
PTT Football is a supporter-focused football matchday planning service covering Premier League and EFL clubs. It brings together fixtures, travel, pubs, parking, taxis, hotels, grounds and other relevant matchday information.
PTT is independent and is not an official club, league, police, stadium, venue, transport or booking-provider service unless a relationship is clearly stated.
Using PTT
You may use PTT for lawful personal matchday planning and other legitimate purposes consistent with the service.
You must not misuse PTT, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, scrape or copy protected content at scale, use the service fraudulently, or use it in a way that could harm PTT, its users, partners or third parties.
Accounts & guest access
PTT may allow users to browse core content without an account. Certain features, including saving clubs and keeping matchday plans, require a free signed-in PTT account.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity carried out through your account. Do not share your password with PTT or anyone else.
Matchday information
PTT aims to provide useful and current information, but football fixtures, kick-off times, transport, road conditions, venue policies, supporter guidance and other matchday details can change.
You should check the relevant official source before travelling, paying for a booking or relying on information that could affect your journey, safety or entry.
Venues & supporter suitability
Any indication that a pub or venue is home, away, mixed, town-centre, supporter-friendly or otherwise suitable is practical planning guidance only.
Admission is always controlled by the venue and may depend on the fixture, capacity, licensing conditions, security arrangements, supporter colours, behaviour or decisions made on the day.
External links & bookings
PTT may link to third-party providers for trains, hotels, parking, taxis, maps, attractions, booking services and other products.
When you leave PTT and use a third-party service, that provider's own terms, privacy notice, prices, availability, cancellation rules and customer-service arrangements apply.
Affiliate & commercial links
Some links, placements or recommendations may be affiliate, promoted or commercial. PTT may receive commission or another commercial benefit if a qualifying action, booking or purchase is completed.
Commercial relationships do not make the external provider an official football, safety or supporter-information source.
Featured venues
Paid Featured Home or Featured Away venue placements are governed by separate Featured Venue Advertising Terms in addition to these general Terms of Use.
A featured placement does not guarantee impressions, clicks, bookings, customers, admission or footfall.
Intellectual property
PTT branding, software, layouts, original copy, original designs, databases and other PTT-created material are owned by or licensed to Planes Trains and Terraces (PTT) Limited unless stated otherwise.
Club names, crests, venue names, transport brands, service names, trademarks and other third-party rights remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability of the service
PTT may update, change, suspend or remove features as the service develops. We do not promise that every feature, club, route, provider or data source will always be available.
Maintenance, provider outages, connectivity issues or events outside PTT's control may temporarily affect availability.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
Subject to that, PTT is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate or changed third-party information, missed transport, fixture changes, venue refusal, provider failure, external booking terms, or decisions made by third parties.
User responsibility
You remain responsible for your own travel decisions, bookings, spending, behaviour, compliance with venue and stadium rules, and checking whether a journey or venue is suitable for your needs.
PTT is not an emergency service and should not be relied on for urgent policing, medical or safety assistance.
Privacy & data
PTT's handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy also explains account data, analytics, external providers, user rights and account deletion.
Account suspension or termination
PTT may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or third parties, respond to unlawful or abusive activity, or enforce these terms.
Users can also delete their own PTT account through the account deletion route.
Changes to these terms
PTT may update these Terms of Use as the service, commercial model, technology, legal requirements or provider relationships change.
The latest version will be published on this page with the effective date shown above.
Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms removes statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
