Delete your PTT Football account.
You can delete your PTT Football account inside the app. This page explains the process and provides a support route if you cannot access your account.
Delete inside the app.
Open the PTT Football app, go to your profile or settings area, then choose Delete Account. This will delete your PTT Football account and account-linked app access.
How to delete your account in the app.
The quickest way to delete your PTT Football account is through the account deletion option inside the app.
Open PTT Football
Sign in to the PTT Football app using the account you want to delete.
Go to Profile or Settings
Open your account area. The Delete Account option is available from the profile or settings section of the app.
Choose Delete Account
Select Delete Account and read the confirmation message before continuing.
Confirm deletion
Confirm that you want to delete your PTT Football account. Once confirmed, the account deletion process will complete in the app.
What deletion does.
Account deletion removes your ability to use account-linked PTT Football features and may remove account data connected to your app profile.
Deletes your account access
Your PTT Football account login access will be deleted, meaning you will no longer be able to sign in using that account.
Account-linked features may be removed
Saved clubs, account preferences and other account-linked app data may no longer be available after account deletion.
Issue reports may be anonymised
Personal identifiers linked to issue reports may be removed or anonymised where possible, while non-personal report details may be retained to improve the app.
Support records may be retained
Support emails and correspondence may be retained where needed for legitimate records, security, legal compliance or dispute handling.
If you cannot access the app.
If you cannot sign in or cannot access the Delete Account option, you can contact PTT Football for support.
Email support
Email support@pttfootball.com from the email address linked to your PTT Football account.
Verification may be needed
For account security, PTT may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder before assisting with deletion.
Use a clear subject line
Use the subject line “Delete my PTT account” and confirm that you need help deleting your account.
Support timing
PTT aims to review deletion support requests within 30 days where possible.
What may be retained.
Some information may need to be retained where there is a valid reason to keep it.
Legal or compliance records
PTT may retain limited information where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legitimate business records.
Aggregated anonymous insights
Aggregated or anonymised information that does not identify you may be retained for app improvement, reporting or football travel insight purposes.
Security records
Limited security or technical records may be retained where needed to protect the service and other users.
Operational records
Some non-personal operational records may remain where they are no longer linked to an identifiable account.
Important note.
Deleting your PTT Football account may remove access to saved clubs, account-linked features and previous app preferences. Once deletion is completed, some information may not be recoverable.
