Delete your
PTT account.
You can permanently delete your PTT Football account directly inside the app. If you cannot access your account, PTT Support can help you with the deletion request.
Four steps to delete your account.
If you can sign in to PTT Football, use the account deletion option inside the app.
Open PTT Football
Sign in using the PTT Football account you want to delete.
Open your profile
Go to the profile or account area where your account controls are available.
Choose Delete Account
Select the account deletion option and review the confirmation shown in the app.
Confirm deletion
Confirm that you want the account and its linked data permanently deleted.
Your account and linked app data are removed.
PTT's account deletion process removes the authentication account and data stored against that user account in the app.
Login account
Your PTT Football authentication account is deleted so that account can no longer be used to sign in.
Saved clubs & preferences
User-linked app information, including saved clubs and other preferences attached to your account, is removed.
User-linked app data
PTT removes data stored in the service that is linked to your deleted user account.
Recovery
Once deletion has completed, deleted account data may not be recoverable. If you return to PTT later, you may need to create a new account.

If you cannot sign in or cannot reach the in-app deletion option, contact PTT using the email address associated with your account where possible.

Account verification
PTT may need to confirm that the deletion request relates to your account before assisting, particularly where the request is made outside the app.
Some records can exist separately from the deleted account.
Account deletion removes your PTT account and its linked app data. Separate records may still be retained where there is a lawful or operational reason to do so.
Support correspondence
Emails or support correspondence can be retained where required for legitimate records, security, dispute handling or legal compliance.
Anonymous or aggregated information
Information that has been aggregated or anonymised so that it no longer identifies an individual can continue to be used for platform improvement and reporting.
Make sure you want to permanently delete the account.
Account deletion removes your login and account-linked PTT Football data. If you only need help signing in or using the app, contact Support before deleting your account.
