For Clubs & SLOs

Better information for
travelling supporters.

PTT Football brings fixtures, travel, pubs, parking, taxis, hotels, ground information and the wider matchday journey together across all 92 Premier League and EFL clubs. Clubs and Supporter Liaison Officers can help us keep that information useful, responsible and easy to correct.

01 — Why it matters

The supporter journey starts long before the turnstile.

Travelling supporters may need to understand the fixture, journey, arrival station, ground, local transport, pubs, parking, taxis, accommodation and official supporter guidance before they arrive.

01

One matchday journey

PTT starts with the club and fixture, then connects the practical decisions supporters make around the day rather than treating each part in isolation.

02

Better visiting-supporter context

Away supporters are often planning an unfamiliar destination. Clear local and official information can reduce uncertainty before they travel.

03

A clear correction route

If PTT shows something inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable, clubs and SLOs have a straightforward route to flag it for review.

04

Official sources stay important

PTT can signpost supporters towards the club's own information where official guidance should take priority.

02 — PTT coverage

One consistent planning experience across the 92.

The same core journey is available across Premier League and EFL clubs, giving supporters a familiar starting point whether they are planning a home game or travelling away.

03 — Information we can review

Tell us what supporters need to know.

Clubs, SLOs and relevant supporter contacts can flag information that needs correcting, clarifying, removing or linking to a more appropriate official source.

!

Travel & matchday changes

Relevant supporter-facing changes that affect the journey, arrival, local transport or other practical matchday planning.

04 — Correction route

Easy to flag. Easy to review.

PTT wants responsible supporter information to be straightforward to maintain.

01

Send the issue

Tell us the club, fixture, location or piece of information that needs reviewing.

02

Provide the source

Where possible, include the relevant official page, link or wording that helps us verify the change.

03

PTT reviews it

We assess the information and update, clarify or remove the relevant PTT content where appropriate.

04

Keep the route open

Clubs and supporter contacts can continue to flag changes as matchday arrangements evolve.

05 — Working together

More than correcting information.

PTT is open to practical cooperation that helps supporters make better decisions before and during the matchday journey.

Official-link signposting

Help supporters reach the right club or official source from within the wider PTT matchday journey.

Supporter information

Work with PTT on clearer ways to surface relevant information to home and travelling supporters.

+

Wider cooperation

Discuss supporter feedback, matchday planning ideas and other ways PTT can complement existing club information.

06 — Clear boundaries

Independent, not an official club channel.

PTT should complement official supporter information, not create confusion about where official guidance comes from.

Independent platform

PTT is not an official communication channel for a club, league, stadium or police force unless clearly stated.

Official guidance comes first

Supporters should check relevant official sources before travelling where arrangements, restrictions or safety information may change.

Not a ticket marketplace

PTT does not operate as a football ticket resale platform.

Not an emergency service

PTT cannot provide live emergency assistance or replace official matchday instructions.
