What a Featured Pub placement is

A Featured Pub placement is an optional paid promotional position within the relevant club's pub experience on PTT for the agreed booking period.

It is separate from a venue's normal PTT listing and does not create a partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, agency or formal relationship with any football club, league or governing body.

Availability

Featured Pub availability is limited to a maximum of two positions per football club and all placements are subject to availability.

A position is not reserved solely because a venue has expressed interest or requested a payment link. Unless PTT confirms otherwise in writing, cleared payment secures the agreed position.

Booking period & price

Featured Pub placements cost £25 per month with a minimum initial booking period of three months.

For the 2026/27 football season, businesses may purchase three or more months up to 31 May 2027. The total price and booking dates will be confirmed before payment is requested.

Payment & activation

Payment is made upfront for the complete agreed booking period unless PTT expressly agrees otherwise in writing. PTT will normally provide an official secure payment link.

The placement will normally be activated after cleared payment has been received and PTT has the information reasonably required to create or update the placement.

What the placement includes

During the agreed booking period, PTT will provide Featured Pub placement within the relevant club's pub experience on the PTT platform.

The placement may display the venue's name, location, address, relevant venue information, supporter suitability information where applicable, and other functionality normally available through the PTT pub experience.

Product presentation may evolve

PTT may make reasonable changes to the design, layout, navigation or technical presentation of the platform as the product develops.

Those changes will not materially remove the Featured placement purchased during the agreed paid period.

No performance guarantee

A Featured Pub placement does not guarantee any particular number of views, clicks, enquiries, visits, customers, bookings, sales or revenue.

Football supporter behaviour, fixture attendance and venue choice are outside PTT's control. Nothing supplied by PTT should be interpreted as a guarantee of commercial performance.

Supporter classification remains independent

Paying for Featured placement does not determine or change whether a venue is classified by PTT as suitable for home supporters, away supporters, both, or otherwise.

Featured status does not require PTT to alter independently held or verified supporter-suitability information.

Venue information

The customer must provide accurate venue information and promptly tell PTT about material changes, including changes to venue name, address, closure, contact details, opening arrangements or supporter admission policies.

If a venue identifies inaccurate information relating to its placement, it should contact PTT so the information can be investigated and, where appropriate, corrected.

Venue admission & operations

The venue remains responsible for its own admission rules, capacity, licensing conditions, supporter-colour policy, staffing, security, opening hours and fixture-specific operating decisions.

A Featured Pub placement is not a guarantee that any individual supporter will be admitted.

Fixture changes

Football fixtures may be postponed, rearranged, cancelled or moved for television, competition, policing, weather or other reasons.

A change to an individual fixture does not cancel or extend a Featured Pub booking because the placement relates to the agreed booking period, rather than a particular fixture.

Names, logos & supplied material

Where the customer supplies a venue name, logo, photograph, description or other material, the customer confirms it is entitled to provide that material for this purpose.

The customer grants PTT permission to use that material for the operation and promotion of the agreed Featured Pub placement while it remains active.

Cancellation by the venue

Because Featured Pub inventory is limited and a position is reserved for the agreed booking period, payments are normally non-refundable once the placement has been activated.

Ending a placement early does not automatically entitle the venue to a refund for the unused portion of the booking period. This does not affect any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension or removal by PTT

PTT may suspend or remove a placement where reasonably necessary because of materially false or misleading information, venue closure, a legal or safety concern, misuse of PTT branding or a material breach of these terms.

Where reasonably possible, PTT will contact the customer before permanently removing a paid placement.

Refund where PTT ends the placement

If PTT permanently ends a paid placement for reasons unrelated to a breach by the customer, PTT will normally provide an appropriate refund for the clearly unused paid period.

PTT and football clubs

PTT is an independent football matchday planning platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Featured Pub status does not mean the venue is endorsed by, partnered with or officially recommended by a football club, league or governing body.

The venue must not represent its Featured Pub status in a way that suggests such a relationship exists.

PTT branding

A venue may accurately state that it is a Featured Pub on PTT Football during its active booking period.

PTT branding must not be used in a misleading manner or in a way that implies a relationship beyond the Featured Pub placement.

Renewals & season end

Featured Pub placements do not automatically renew. The placement ends on the date agreed when the booking is made.

At the end of the booking period, including at season end where applicable, the position becomes available for PTT to offer again unless a new booking has been agreed and paid for. Previous participation does not guarantee future availability.

Temporary service interruptions

PTT may occasionally need to maintain, update or repair the platform, or may experience temporary technical disruption. A short or reasonable period of temporary unavailability does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

If a material technical problem prevents PTT from providing the placement for a substantial part of the paid period, PTT will take reasonable steps to provide an appropriate remedy, which may include an extension or refund for the affected period.

Independent sales agents

PTT may use independent sales agents or representatives to introduce Featured Pub opportunities to businesses.

Unless expressly authorised by PTT, a sales agent cannot change PTT's pricing, guarantee commercial results, alter these terms, enter additional agreements on behalf of PTT, or collect payment outside PTT's approved payment process.

Liability

PTT will provide the Featured Pub service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

PTT is not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or losses resulting from matters outside its reasonable control including fixture changes, attendance, supporter behaviour, temporary third-party service failures or decisions made by independent organisations.

Changes to these terms

The terms applying to a booking are those provided or made available when that booking is purchased. PTT may update these terms for future bookings.

PTT will not materially reduce an existing customer's purchased Featured Pub placement during its agreed paid period merely by publishing new terms.

Relationship with general PTT terms

These Featured Pub Commercial Terms apply alongside the general PTT Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

If there is a conflict concerning a specific Featured Pub commercial arrangement, these terms take priority for that paid commercial placement.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with the booking details confirmed by PTT and any specific written terms expressly agreed between PTT and the customer, form the agreement for the Featured Pub placement.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply otherwise.
