A few things worth including.
Login or account access
If you cannot sign in or access your account, tell us which sign-in method you use and the email address associated with your PTT account.
Never send PTT your password.
Saved clubs
If a saved club is missing or behaving incorrectly, include the club name and whether you are using iOS, Android or the web app.
Maps & places
If a location or external map opens incorrectly, include the club and the pub, ground, station or other place involved.
