Clubs & SLOs

Better information for
travelling supporters.

PTT Football works to make matchday planning clearer for supporters across all 92 Premier League and EFL clubs. Clubs, Supporter Liaison Officers and supporter organisations can help us keep that information useful, responsible and easy to correct.

01 — Why it matters

The supporter journey starts before the turnstile.

A travelling fan may need to understand the fixture, journey, station, ground, local area, pubs, parking, accommodation and supporter guidance before they ever reach the stadium.

01

Clearer supporter guidance

PTT can direct supporters towards useful club and matchday information at the point they are already planning their trip.

02

Better visiting-supporter information

Away supporters often know less about the local area. Clear links and accurate planning information can reduce uncertainty before they travel.

03

Simple correction route

If PTT shows something inaccurate, unsuitable or outdated, clubs and supporter contacts have a clear route to flag it for review.

04

One wider matchday journey

PTT brings the club and fixture together with travel, places and other planning tools rather than treating each part of the day in isolation.

02 — PTT coverage

One platform across the 92.

PTT gives supporters a consistent matchday-planning experience across Premier League and EFL clubs.

PTT should complement official supporter information, not create confusion about where official guidance comes from.

Independent platform

PTT is not an official communication channel for a club, league, stadium or police force unless clearly stated.

Not official safety advice

Supporters should check relevant official sources before travelling or relying on matchday arrangements.

Not a ticket marketplace

PTT does not operate as a football ticket resale platform.

Not an emergency service

PTT cannot provide live emergency assistance or replace official matchday instructions.
